The Chef

With over 30 years of culinary experience, Executive Chinese Chef Leung Fai Hung has been working in InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong since 1995. Chef Leung started his cooking adventure in 1979 and further developed his culinary skills throughout Japan, South Korea, Beijing, Hong Kong and other provinces of China.

Chef Leung prepares every dish with traditional craftsmanship, providing Cantonese classics with a modern twist.

Chef Yu on one hand deep-fried the crab claw with salty egg yolk, on the other hand, created a crabmeat and squid roll complement with Osmanthus sauce and chilli vinaigrette, allowing guests a diverse taste of the succulent crab.
