Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, develop and execute strategies that will drive people to our hotel website, eShop and other online and social media platforms, under the guidance of Director of Communications;
  • Take care of day-to-day management and maintenance of the hotel website and eShop, online and social media platforms;
  • Develop online promotion plan and partnerships;
  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure delivery of a best user-friendly experience online;
  • Oversee the responses to online guest reviews for designated online travel websites including, TripAdvisor and Ctrip etc;
  • Responsible in other areas within the department such as marketing and event management, and able to lead the team to drive mutually beneficial results for the hotel.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred;
  • At least 8 years relevant experience in lead generation digital marketing preferably in hospitality industry, with minimum 3 years experience at managerial level;
  • Track proven record of developing digital marketing strategies with outstanding performance;
  • Proficient in SEO/SEM, Google analytics and Google Keywords Planner, Facebook Ad Manager, etc;
  • Commercial awareness and passionate in driving excellent guest experience through digital platform;
  • Creative, detailed-minded and pro-active;
  • Teamwork and strong project management skills is required;
  • Good communication with excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
