Job Responsibilities:
- Expand and manage China accounts portfolio with the aim to generate and maximize revenue and market share from China market;
- Provide feedback to management on changing market conditions, including competition and market trends
- Conduct client meetings as well as planning and coordinating site introduction tours and inspections
- Handle and manage clients’ queries or issues and follow up new sales
- Be an on-site contact point to deliver seamless service to enhance guest overall staying experience for both Group and transient guests
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of an accurate record of all relevant activities in the provided Sales System
- Carry out ad-hoc and special assignments as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with solid experience in serving various business segments in China market;
- Good problem solving, reasoning and organizational skills;
- Able to work independently and under pressure;
- Strong communication and sales negotiation skills with good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin speaking is a must;
- Proficiency in PC knowledge and MS Office applications;
- Knowledgeable in Sales system is an advantage.
