Chef Randall is one of Britain’s top chefs, acclaimed for his award-winning take on classic Italian cuisine. He carefully blends the best local ingredients with hand-picked Italian imports to create rustic fare that continues to attract rave reviews.
A household name within the culinary industry, Chef Randall was the Head Chef and Partner at the legendary The River Café in London for over 17 years that changed Britain’s restaurant culture for good. In 2006, Chef Randall brought this experience to his first venture, Theo Randall at the InterContinental, follow by restaurant openings in Bangkok and Zurich.
The menu at Theo Mistral by Theo Randall is inspired by Chef Randall’s regular trips to Italy and dictated by the best seasonal ingredients. Theo has personally overseen the extensive wine list that features an extensive collection of Italian varietals, as well as a new aperitivi and antipasti menu.
Host your event in our cosy private dining room for a rich and rewarding experience. Lunch costs a minimum of HK$6,000 while dinner costs HK$12,000 or above.
