Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in various Human Resources functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits and staff relation;
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and filing system;
- Administer job advertisement platforms and assist in recruitment and pre-employment procedures;
- Support in employee engagement activities;
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality, Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Internship or relevant work experience in hospitality industry or human resources is an advantage;
- Basic understanding of Employment Ordinance is preferred;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Team-player, detail-minded and self-driven;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications;
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer.
