Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for Rank & File positions, from sourcing to onboarding;
- Plan, initiate and coordinate employee engagement activities;
- Administer leave management and maintain accurate attendance records;
- Support monthly payroll preparation and handle final payments;
- Manage work injury cases and related documentation;
- Assist in conducting orientation programs for new team members;
- Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality, Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality;
- Well-verse in Employment Ordinance and relevant statutory regulations;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Team-player, detail-minded and self-driven;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and hands on experience in HRIS;
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer.
