Job Responsibilities:
- Support and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, eCommerce, media, and offline channels to elevate brand presence and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (F&B, Rooms, Catering/MICE, Revenue) and external partners (agencies, KOLs, media) to deliver on-brand and timely campaigns.
- Manage content creation—including written materials, photo and video shooting, and visual assets—ensuring high-quality, consistent messaging for all platforms.
- Prepare monthly reports and monitor media coverage, compiling regular clippings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, making recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and guest engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing or communications, preferably within hospitality or a related industry.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Creative, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and take up projects as assigned.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Marketing Communications Manager.
