Hoi King Heen’s dress code is ‘smart casual’ and we respectfully ask gentlemen to refrain from wearing sleeveless shirts, flip-flops or shorts, and ladies to refrain from wearing flip-flops in the outlet.

With 40 years of culinary experience, Executive Chinese Chef Leung Fai Hung has been working in InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong since 1995. Chef Leung started his cooking adventure in 1979 and further developed his culinary skills throughout Japan, South Korea, Beijing, Hong Kong and other provinces of China.
Decorated in gold and burgundy, Hoi King Heen’s private dining rooms represents simple elegance of modern designs. The four beautiful private dining rooms accommodate a wide range of group sizes, from small parties of six to larger events up to 48.
